I know EXACTLY how you feel!! I am really happy for you that you are able to pursue your dream as you see fit!! I myself have been trying to figure out how to do the whole juggling act. I get to add kids into the mix, and a wife who is in school, so I am the sole provider, so it gets hectic. It’s a very hard thing to do while still trying to have a life! I think that it speaks VOLUMES of you and your character that you have done it for so long and that you now want to do it exclusively. I applaud you and I think that you will do great! It seems that you already have a healthy clientèle and you take great photos, so I think that you and your business will do great! I am also proud of your husband for being so supportive. Those are hard to find nowadays. Applause to both of you and may God be with you guys in the days to come. I wish you the best of luck!!!

Jason, thank you. You’ve got so much going on with baby and jobs, etc! The financials were the toughest to overcome. I really respect the fact that you’re supporting the fam while your wife is attending college. Keep up the hard work. It will pay off! AND, so many congrats to you on the new little one!

Beckie, I got to this post from the Pictage forums. My husband are just getting started in business even though we have been loving photography for a long time. We are shooting our first “paid for” wedding in 12 days and we couldn’t be more excited. I can hardly wait to be exactly where you are. To be able to step out of the comfort zone of a steady paycheck would be a dream come true. Good luck!
